The salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to provide the utmost satisfaction to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we can address these issues promptly. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist who performed your service and make any indicated changes or adjustments. Salon Bonjour will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.

 


Salon Products
Our team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your hair’s health and style. If you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from the date of sale, and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been used and opened after the 14-day period. The team at Salon Bonjour will gladly share their expertise on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
